I love what I do. I love the thought of what I can be in this space. User experience is LIFE. It involves EVERY interaction we have. Including our day to day relationships.

I recognize user centered design as a "Service" not a job. I am a servant to my users. Being a servant leader means putting the interests of others above your own. This is true in user centered design.

Taking my client along on the journey. Why? Because as you walk together, you learn things about one another. You build a relationship together, only if you walk together.

If you leave them behind, you accomplish nothing.
